JON COLLINS

A BRIEF HISTORY

Jon spent 13 years in the advertising industry, with WPP, working in the USA, South Africa and Singapore. In Asia, Jon became Chairman of Batey Ads, before moving to Grey in order to head up the BAT business across Asia. After leaving the advertising industry, Jon was recruited by Samsung as their marketing chief.

After leaving Samsung in 2007, Jon set himself up simply as a football consultant, and was immediately put on a one year exclusive retainer by Manchester United FC. At the end of that year Jon declined the opportunity to extend as it was too restrictive, and thus began working on small to medium sized commercial deals for a number of clubs.

In 2009 Jon setup Centurion Football, and undertook a number of projects, including bringing Real Madrid CF to tour China in 2011, Liverpool FC to tour SEA in 2009, and securing sponsorship deals for Real Madrid CF & Gareth Bale in indonesia.

In 2014, Centurion Football became Football Factory. Today, Football Factory focuses on all businesses related to football globally, with a presence predominantly in Asia. From player endorsements to club sponsorships, from academies to business intelligence, from media sales to tours and events.
